Chocolate Vanilla Cookies

Recipe for making biscuits with chocolate chips and vanilla. This recipe will make about 18 cookies. Serve the cookies well with a glass of cold milk.

Ingredients
- Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Brown Sugar – 1 Glass
- Egg – 1 Piece
- Egg yolk – 1 Piece
- Vanilla – 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats. Melt the butter and cool to room temperature. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a mixer. Add eggs and vanilla and beat. Add half of the flour mixture and stir. Add the other half of the flour and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed over the dough.
- Using a spoon, place the cookies on a prepared baking sheet at a distance of 7-10 cm from each other, using 2 heaped tablespoons of dough for each.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until dark golden at the edges and light brown in the center. Allow to cool on a baking sheet for 2 minutes, then chill completely on a rack.
