Ingredients

  • 130 g butter
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 230 g flour
  • 20 g bakin cocoa
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla pulp
  • 100 g natural yourt
  • 1 apple
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 fruit

Instructions

  1. First, the butter is melted in a small saucepan and lightly browned so that it gets its slightly nutty taste. As soon as this is the case, it is put aside again to let it cool down.
  2. Whilst the butter is browning or cooling down again, the egg is whipped until it is frothy. As soon as this is done, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt and stir in until the sugar has completely dissolved. Then stir in the cooled butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Now mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda and cocoa and stir into the egg and sugar mixture spoon by spoon. Here you can grind the cardamom and then also add it to the dough.
  4. Grate the apple and then add it to the dough with the yoghurt and stir everything in properly.
  5. Then bake the batter in the waffle iron and place the finished waffles on a plate.
  6. While the waffles are baking, the cream is whipped until stiff and put in the cold. Now that one more thing
  7. Clean and dice the seasonal fruit. These are then mixed with the lime juice and set aside.
  8. Now the waffles are assembled, you take a waffle and put it on a plate, in the middle you put a nice dollop of cream. Then add the delicious fruits to the cream, let them fall next to the waffle so that everything doesn`t look like that.
