Chocolate Zucchini Brownie

Brownie is the perfect dessert for any tea party or celebration. Zucchini are perfect for baking. Thanks to them, the product is juicy and tender.

Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
- Zucchini – 1 Piece
- Chocolate – 100 Grams
- Butter – 130 Grams
- Egg – 2 Pieces
- Cane Sugar – 250 Grams
- Flour – 140 Grams
- Soda – 1/3 Teaspoon
Directions
- Grate the zucchini on a fine grater. If juice appears, it must be drained, but it is not necessary to squeeze much.
- Melt the butter and chocolate separately. Cool until warm.
- Beat eggs with sugar for dough.
- Add zucchini, flour and baking soda to the eggs. Stir. Then add the chocolate mass. Pour the dough into a paper-lined baking dish. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool the finished pie.
- Cut into small cakes before serving.
