Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • 10 g tomato paste
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 75 g bell pepper (s)
  • 200 g tomato (s), passed
  • 230 g canned mushrooms, whole
  • 2 tomato (s), dried
  • 200 ml broth
  • 100 g couscous

Instructions

  1. Fry the chicken breast fillet in a pan with oil, remove.
  2. Then fry the chopped peppers, the sun-dried tomatoes and the chopped onion in the fat. Add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze with broth. Add the tomato paste and the strained tomatoes. Bring to the boil and add the meat again. Let everything simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cook the couscous according to the instructions on the packet. Serve together.
