Chokeberry in Powdered Sugar

Many of us have tried sugar cranberries. Using the same technology, you can cook chokeberry in powdered sugar. This recipe makes incredibly tasty sweets that will be appreciated by lovers of this healthy berry.
Ingredients
- Rowan black-fruited – 150 g
- Protein – 1 pc.
- Powdered sugar – 300 g
- Lemon juice – 1.5 teaspoon.
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients for the chokeberry in powdered sugar.
- Rinse the mountain ash well. Tear off the branches carefully so as not to damage the berries. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the cold protein in a deep container and beat with a mixer for about a minute. Add 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and lemon juice from the total mass. Continue whisking until fluffy.
- Dip the prepared berries into the whipped protein. Stir until the whole rowan is covered with a layer of protein.
- Prepare a deep plastic box with a lid. Sift the icing sugar there several times. Remove the berries from the protein mass with a slotted spoon and dip in the powdered sugar. Close the container with a lid and shake the chokeberry lightly with the powdered sugar several times.
- Pour the contents of the container along with the rowan into a sieve and sieve. Put the powdered sugar berries on a paper towel and leave to dry for 3-4 hours. After drying, rowan in powdered sugar can be dipped in protein again and breaded in powdered sugar again. Thus, the layer of powder will be even larger.
