Ingredients
- 4 pork chop (s) (stick chop)
- 4 slices ham, raw
- 1 can baked beans
- 100 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- salt
- pepper

- Salt and pepper the chops. Sear on both sides in a large pan.
- Top each chop with 1 slice of ham (depending on the size of the chop, use 2 slices). Place the baked beans in the pan between the cutlets. Sprinkle the whole pan with the grated cheese.
- Close the lid and let everything simmer over a mild heat for about 5 - 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Serve in the pan.
- It goes well with potato noodles and applesauce.
