Cut the meat into thin strips or small cubes. Mix a marinade from the above ingredients. If necessary, add a little more soy sauce or water. The starch makes it thick very quickly! Mix the meat into the marinade and set aside.
Cut the leek and carrots into slices, cut the peppers into thin strips. Drain the bamboo shoots.
Prepare the sauce from the ingredients mentioned. If you like a lot of sauce, you can increase the amount. If you like it spicier, you can also add more sambal.
Now heat some oil in the wok and fry the meat all around. Remove and set aside.
Then fry the vegetables. First add the carrots, then the peppers. Finally, leek and bamboo shoots. Add the meat and fill up with the sauce. Let simmer briefly - not too long, the vegetables should stay firm to the bite.
Serve with rice.
You can vary the vegetables depending on your taste.
Be careful with the soy sauce, some sauces are very salty, then leave out additional salt or use less saja sauce.
