- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 300 ml condensed milk (4%)
- 200 g minced beef
- 200 g pasta
- salt
- Herbs

- Dice the onions and peppers. Fry the minced meat in the pan without any fat. Then add the peppers and onions and cook with them. Cook pasta firm to the bite over medium heat.
- Add the condensed milk to the minced meat and bring to the boil briefly. Add the tomato paste, season with salt and herbs. Place the pasta on a plate and spread the sauce over it.
