Ingredients

  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 1 pack mini dumplings
  • 1 can corn, (40 g drained weight)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (germ oil)
  • 300 ml tomato juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings. Put the corn on a sieve and drain well. Finely chop the parsley.
  2. Fry the mince in the hot oil until crumbly. Add spring onions and fry briefly.
  3. Add tomato juice and corn. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook 1 packet of mini dumplings in water over medium heat for 7 minutes according to the instructions on the packet (you can also use real dumplings from the day before).
  5. Add the dumplings to the minced meat pan, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
