Ingredients

  • 500 g beef, lean, cut into strips
  • 250 g noodles (Chow Mein noodles)
  • 250 g oyster mushrooms
  • 250 ml beef broth, strong
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 shallot (s)
  • 1 medium carrot (s)
  • 1 handful sugar snap peas
  • 1 handful soybeans
  • 1 small Piece (s) ginger, fresher
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (ketjap asin)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (ketjap-manis)
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Sear the beef in a wok or deep pan in a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Remove the meat and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chow Mein noodle according to the instructions on the packet and rinse in cold water.
  3. Halve or third the oyster mushrooms depending on their size. The peppers in strips, the carrot in slices, the ginger in small pieces, the peppers core and cut into rings. Halve the shallots and fry everything together with the sugar snap peas and soybeans in the roasting set. Deglaze with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sweet chili sauce and bring to the boil briefly. Add the beef broth, add a pinch of sugar and bring to the boil briefly. Add the pasta, eggs and meat, mix well and let it get hot so that the egg sets a little.
