  • 3 pear (s)
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoon muesli, unsweetened
  • 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
  • 20 g butter, soft
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and pears, cut into fine slices and place in a baking dish. Mix immediately with lemon juice so they don`t turn brown. Add raspberries and stir in.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, knead the flour, muesli, coconut flakes, softened butter and sugar into fine crumbs. Everything mixes best by hand.
  4. Scatter the crumbs over the fruit and bake everything in the oven for about 30 minutes on the middle rack.
  5. A total of 11 points, with 4 servings per serving 3 points.
