Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 500 g mascarpone
- 8 teaspoons sugar
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- 300 g speculoos
- 1 glass cocoa
- Cocoa powder
- 100 ml milk

- Mix the quark with the mascarpone, milk, cinnamon and sugar to a smooth cream.
- Cover the bottom of a tin with speculoos and drizzle the biscuits with cocoa. Cover the speculoos with a little cream. So continue layering biscuits and cream until everything is used up, finish with cream.
- Dust with cocoa and let the dessert steep overnight.
