Instructions

Fillet the oranges and remove the fillets. Mix the juice and fillets with the quark until smooth. Season to taste with agave syrup.
Crumble the speculoos. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds.
First layer biscuits, then quark and then the pomegranate seeds in a glass. Repeat the process again. Garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and breadcrumbs.
Let it steep for about 1 hour.
