Ingredients
- Red cabbage – 500 g
- Parsley greens – 0.5 bunch
- Dill greens – 0.5 bunch
- Salt – 0.5-1 teaspoon
- Vinegar – 0.5 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
Directions
- Chop the cabbage, salt, rub with your hands.
- Chop the parsley and add to the cabbage.
- Chop the dill finely and add to the salad.
- Season the salad with vinegar and vegetable oil.
