Ingredients
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 1 handful whole grain cardamom
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon tea, black
- honey for sweetening

- First break the cinnamon sticks into small pieces and put them in a mortar with the cardamom or in the food processor for a moment. But don`t chop them too finely, the spices should stay woody so that you can filter them through the sieve later!
- Now you put the water in a saucepan and put the spices in there. When the water starts to boil, add the cold milk. Stir a little and then pour in the black tea.
- Now the milk tea changes color from milk brown to caramel brown. Take the pot off the hob and let everything sit for another 2 - 3 minutes before you strain the tea through a fine sieve into a jug. Finally, sweeten with honey and enjoy.
