Ingredients
- 2 lettuce heart (s)
- 0.5 ½ tomato (s) or red pepper
- 1 piece (s) cheese to taste, approx. 8 mm thick
- 4 mini mozzarella
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 tablespoon, heaped yogurt
- salt and pepper

- Halve 4 kebab skewers. Cut out stars from the piece of cheese with a star cutter. Cut the falling pieces of cheese, half a tomato or bell pepper into small cubes. Make a dressing from yogurt, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a shaker.
- Wash the lettuce and stack about 6 leaves on top of each other from large to small. Fix the tower with the thick end of the kebab skewer. Skewer more small leaves and pull the leaves on the skewer so that the tree becomes airy and high. Cut the tree into shape with the scissors. Put a star on the skewer.
- Drizzle the dressing over the tree as snow. Spread the tomato or pepper and cheese cubes on top as a tree ornament. Place a mini mozzarella next to a tree as a snowball.
- The trees stay fresh for about 20 minutes. If necessary, you can stabilize a tilting tree with another toothpick.
