Chutney Sauce

Ingredients

  • Natural Yogurt – 4 Teaspoons
  • Mint Leaves – 1.5 Cups
  • Coriander – 1 Cup (leaves)
  • Green chili – 1 Piece
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Ginger – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Garlic – 2-3 Cloves
  • Spices – To taste (cumin, chat masala, dried pomegranate or mango)
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Add washed and dried mint and coriander leaves to the blender bowl. Add peeled onions and garlic, ginger, chili. Grind everything until smooth, adding a little water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Combine spices and natural yogurt in a separate bowl, stir. Salt a little to taste. Be sure to add something fruity: mango, pineapple or pomegranate (dried).
  3.  Add chopped green paste.
  4. Stir well to form a smooth sauce. That’s all, you can serve it to the table.
