  • 4 large apples
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g cookies (Double Chocolate Cookies)
  • 1 packet vanilla sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the apples into slightly larger pieces so that they fit nicely on a dessert spoon. Mix well with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and let it steep for approx.
  2. Put everything together in a baking dish and spread the 100 g raspberries on top. Then bake this for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven at about 175 ° C.
  3. In the meantime, stir the vanilla sauce according to the instructions on the packet. When the apples come out of the oven, arrange the fruit in bowls and pour the sauce over them. Chop the cookies and sprinkle them over the dessert.
  4. The slightly sweet and sour taste and the slight note of cinnamon is something very special in this recipe.
