Ingredients

  • 350 g flour
  • 170 ml milk
  • 20 g yeast
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For covering:

  • Plant cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 100 g suar
  • 10 g cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the lukewarm milk. Mix half of the flour and milk in a mixing bowl with the dough hook to form a smooth dough. Put in a warm place and let rise until the batter has doubled.
  2. Then add the salt, melted butter, egg and the rest of the flour. Mix well until the dough separates from the edge of the bowl and turns into a ball.
  3. Press the dough onto a greased baking sheet and let it rise again. Press many holes in the dough with the spoon for the Pielcher. Fill this with plant cream.
  4. Mix the crème fraîche and sour cream and spread over the yeast dough. Mix the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
