Ingredients
- 120 g chocolate, white
- 100 g mascarpone (mascarino)
- 20 ml amaretto
- 4 sheets gelatin
- 250 ml whipped cream
- cinnamon
- vanilla sugar
For the dough: (lady fingers)
- 2 egg (s)
- 40 g suar
- 30 g flour, smooth

- Soften the chocolate in a water bath. Mix the mascarino with chocolate. Soak the gelatine in cold water, dissolve it in hot amaretto and add to the mascarino. Mix and season with cinnamon and vanilla sugar to taste. Whip the cream and fold in. Pour the mixture into bowls or glasses.
- It looks especially nice with a whipped cream and chocolate chips.
- Lady fingers go very well with it. To do this, beat snow out of egg white. Mix in egg yolks and stir in. Finally fold in the flour. Pour the mixture into a piping bag, sprinkle small ladyfingers on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
