Instructions

Mix the margarine with the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolk and lemon oil. Mix flour with cinnamon and baking powder, add, stir and knead in. Roll out the dough and cut out square cookies. Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Baking time approx. 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees
