Classic Pesto

Ingredients

  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic – 4 Cloves
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 150 Milliliters
  • Basil, leaves – 300 Grams
  • Parmesan – 150 Grams
  • Pine nuts – 100 Grams

Directions

  1. In a blender, grind the peeled garlic separately, and then the washed and dried basil leaves.
  2. Combine basil, nuts, salt, pepper in a blender bowl. Grate the Parmesan finely.
  3. Grind all ingredients into a single mass.
  4. Pour in the oil and stir. The pesto sauce is ready!
