Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut milk, tetrapack 1.9%
- 200 ml milk, 1.5
- 2 teaspoons grenadine
- 4 ice cubes
For the set:
- 2 teaspoons desiccated coconut

- The milk should be ice cold.
- For the garnish, place the desiccated coconut on a small plate. Moisten the edge of the glasses with a little water and press evenly into the desiccated coconut so that they stick.
- Put coconut milk, milk, grenadine and ice cubes in the blender and mix briefly. Pour into the prepared glasses and serve immediately.
