- 300 g rapes, blue, seedless
- 1 pear (s)
- 1 tablespoon coconut syrup
- 75 g orane juice
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g cremefine, vanilla
- 400 g quark, lean
- 3 tablespoon sugar

- Wash and halve the grapes. Wash, core and cut the pear into wedges. Mix the fruits with the coconut syrup and orange juice.
- Roast the desiccated coconut in a pan until golden brown. Beat the Cremefine until stiff. Mix the quark with the sugar and desiccated coconut, carefully fold in the Cremefine.
- Serve the coconut quark with the fruits and sprinkle with a little desiccated coconut.
