Cut the dumplings into bite-sized pieces. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
Fry them together in a little oil in the pan. I recommend adding the tomatoes to the pan about two minutes later.
When the Maultaschen have got a nice color, the coconut milk is added to the pan. It is sufficient to fill a normal-sized pan about 1/3 with coconut milk.
Leave in the pan for about 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then serve warm.
