  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Curry powder
  • Spice mix, (paprika spice)
  • salt and pepper
  • turmeric

Instructions

  1. Core the pumpkin (peel if necessary) and apple and cut into pieces. Cut the garlic and ginger into slices. Fry everything together and then deglaze with vegetable stock. Simmer for about 20 minutes and then puree. Add the coconut milk and season with the spices.
