Ingredients

  • 100 g desiccated coconut, fresh
  • 100 g tomato (s), very finely diced
  • 100 g onion (s), red, very finely diced
  • 1 medium chilli pepper (s), green, roughly chopped
  • 1 medium lime (s), juice it
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Knead all of the above ingredients with your hands until all ingredients are well mixed.
  2. Tip: You can also use dried coconut flakes as an alternative. Soak them for about 1 hour in 300 ml of lukewarm water, drain and squeeze out.
  3. If you don`t like it so spicy, remove the stones from the chilli pepper.
