Instructions

  1. Dip half of the rim of a champagne glass first in lemon juice and then in the desiccated coconut. Mix passion fruit juice with coconut syrup, pour into the champagne glass and top up with dry champagne. Cut into a lemon wedge and stick it on the edge.
