- liter ⅛ cream
- 4 teaspoons, heaped coffee powder, (50 g)
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 12 sugar cubes
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder

- In a bowl, whip the cream very stiff.
- Put the coffee in a filter and place on a warmed pot. Pour boiling water over them.
- Divide into 4 cups and sweeten with 3 pieces of sugar each. Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with coffee powder and serve immediately.
