  • 250 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 250 g apricot jam
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cognac

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of butter, sugar, eggs, nuts or almonds, chocolate and flour that is mixed with the baking powder. Put in a springform pan and bake at 175 ° C for 1 hour.
  2. After cooling, poke holes in the cake with a toothpick. Now slowly pour the 1/4 liter of cognac over the cake. Brush everything with apricot jam and pour the chocolate icing over it. Let stand for 4 days and then eat.
