- 250 ml apple juice
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
- possibly cream

- Half fill two 250 ml glasses with apple juice. Then put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in the glass. Decorate with two mint leaves and maybe some cream.
- Serve immediately so the ice cream doesn`t melt.
