Ingredients
- 1 head white cabbage
- 1 dash vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- Chili sauce for chicken (sweet-sour-hot chili sauce from Thailand)
- 1 drop oil

- Grate the cabbage, sprinkle with salt and knead. Season with the remaining ingredients to taste sweet and sour (somewhat sweeter). Then add chili sauce. Be careful with the chilli sauce, the longer the salad stands, the spicier it will be.
