Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- Water (salt water)
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can pineapple pieces
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 can peas or frozen
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 300 g yourt
- Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek or paprika paste
- 2 tablespoon mango chutney
- salt and pepper
- some chili powder

- Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and let cool. Cut the onions, spring onions and peppers into small pieces and place everything in a bowl. Drain the pineapple and collect the juice. Cut the pineapple pieces into small pieces again and add to the bowl. Add corn and green peas and mix everything together.
- If the salad is to be served in summer and it still takes a while, you can use frozen peas very well and add them to the salad without thawing, so the salad will keep itself cool for some time.
- For the sauce, mix together the mayonnaise and yoghurt, dilute with a little pineapple juice, add the mango chutney, sambal oil and spices and season to taste. Add to the salad. Finally add the cold noodles. Let it steep a little and season again if necessary.
