Ingredients
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ apple, sour
- 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoon water
- 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- a bit salt
- some pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- For the vinaigrette, mix the apple cider vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar together vigorously. Then stir in the oil until it becomes thick.
- Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce and spin dry. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices using a peeler. Halve the apple again, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
- Mix the carrots and apples into the vinaigrette and carefully fold in the lamb`s lettuce.
