- 2 kg potato (s)
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 2 zucchini
- 1 sweet potato (s)
- 500 g chicken breast
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 cups yogurt
- 200 ml olive oil
- 3 stalks thyme
- 3 stalks rosemary
- 3 stalks basil
- some salt and pepper
- some chili

- First peel the potatoes, halve or quarter depending on the size and then cook in salted water for about 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, peel the sweet potato and cut into pieces about 2 cm. Cut the peppers, zucchini and mushrooms to the same size. Also cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Finely chop the onions. Chop herbs.
- Mix the olive oil with the chopped herbs, 2 pressed garlic cloves, finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and chilli. Put the vegetables in a large baking dish, add the boiled potatoes and mix everything with the oil. Spread the chicken on top.
- Cook at 200 ° C (fan oven) for about 35 minutes. The chicken should be done and browned, but the vegetables should still be slightly crisp.
- In the meantime, mix the yoghurt with a pressed clove of garlic and a little salt. Put the yoghurt directly on the food served on the plates.
- A green salad and fresh white bread go well with it, but it can also be eaten without a side dish.
