Ingredients
- 80 g cucumber (s)
- 6 stalks spring onion (s)
- 2 tomato (s), (vine tomatoes)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 2 stalks celery, small
- 4 radishes
- 80 g lamb`s lettuce
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 g natural yourt, low in fat
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- possibly mint, for garnish

- Wash, prepare and, if necessary, core the vegetables. Cut everything into slices or strips and bite-sized pieces.
- Wash and prepare lamb`s lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- For the dressing, crush the clove of garlic and mix well with the other ingredients. Add the vegetable pieces and lettuce, stir well and garnish with a tablespoon of freshly chopped mint. Serve immediately.
- Tip:
- It goes well with an omelette or a slice of bread fried in an egg.
