Ingredients
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can kidney beans, red
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 onion (s), red
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 5 tablespoon oil
- 1 dash water
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- some sugar
- some herbs (salad herbs)

- Cut the onions into rings. Dice the feta cheese, bell pepper and cucumber. Mix balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, water, mustard and sugar into a smooth sauce and add herbs as desired.
- Season the whole thing and season it if necessary. Fold in the onions. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together.
- Tastes great with grilled food and is perfect as a salad for any party.
