Ingredients
- 375 g couscous
- 450 ml boiling water
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt
- 75 g sprin onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 300 g zucchini
- 250 g bell pepper (s), yellow
- 250 g mushrooms
- 300 g tomato (s)
- 4 tablespoon margarine
- pepper

- Put the couscous in a bowl with a lid, pour the boiling water over it, season with salt and leave to stand for 5 minutes, covered.
- Now cut the spring onions into rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Clean the zucchini, bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes and cut into pieces. Put everything in a pan with 2 tablespoons of melted margarine and steam in it for 5 - 8 minutes. Season with pepper.
- Finally, mix the couscous with the rest of the margarine, fold in the vegetable mix, season again with salt and serve.
