Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Depending on how many colors you want, divide the dough into any number of portions and color it.
Place the colored dough portions alternately with a tablespoon in a 26 or 28 springform pan in the middle of the pan. This creates the colored rings. When the dough is in the mold, tap it 2-3 times on the countertop so that the dough takes on a smooth shape. Bake at 160 ° C for about 60 minutes.
Let the cake cool overnight in the refrigerator so that it is nice and firm. If you like, you can decorate it with icing or buttercream.
