- 300 g quark
- 250 g sweet cream
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 packet biscuits (cookies)
- 750 g apples

- Mix the sweet and sour cream with the quark. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. The cookies crumble.
- Spread 1/3 of the apples on the bottom of a large bowl, then spread 1/3 of the cream on top and finally sprinkle 1/3 of the cookies on top. Repeat this process until all the ingredients have been used.
