Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 1 large bell pepper (s), green
  • 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cans corn kernels, (drained weight 85 g each)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • some black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onion. Clean and wash the peppers, first cut into strips, then into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a wide pan and sauté the onion and pepper cubes in it. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Steam everything for about 5 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° (gas mark 3).
  4. Drain the corn kernels in a sieve and puree in a blender or with a hand blender. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the corn puree with the flour and pepper mixture. Mix everything together, season with salt, sugar, a pinch of pepper and chili powder.
  5. Grease a suitable casserole dish, fill it with the mixture and cook in the oven (center) for 30-40 minutes.
