Ingredients

  • 2 ears corn
  • 60 g butter
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, coarse
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 6 basil leaves, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the corn on the cob in a bowl. I always use a fork for this.
  2. Brush the corn on the cob with the Parmesan and basil butter. The best way to do this is with a knife.
  3. Grill on the grill over medium heat (170 - 220 ° C). Turn more often, do not grill one side until golden brown, as the area still gets enough heat when turning. Place the remaining butter close to the grill so that it melts.
