  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon rose water
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 apples
  • blossoms, edible, pistachios, almonds etc. to decorate

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until foamy until the mixture is noticeably lighter. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and buttermilk and stir in. Add rose water. Finally stir in the flour and baking powder briefly. Put a sheet of baking paper in a springform pan, the edges can stand up (makes a pretty shape) and fill in the dough. Finally, cut the apples into thin wedges and distribute them on top.
  2. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 45 minutes. Let cool down.
