Ingredients
- 100 g butter, room temperature
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 150 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 50 g cranberries, out the ba, the amount can vary as you like
- 80 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon rum can also be left out
- 8 speculoos
- 100 g couverture

- Beat the butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the eggs and beat well. Add the flour, baking powder, milk and rum and mix together.
- 5 Roughly chop the speculoos in the freezer bag with a rolling pin and add to the batter with the chopped cranberries.
