Instructions

  1. Soak 40 - 50 g of cranberries in warm water for a few hours and purée, drained. If the puree is too firm, add some of the soaking water.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and yoghurt until smooth, adding the cranberry puree. Season with salt, approx. 1/4 teaspoon and freshly ground pepper and leave in the refrigerator for a few hours, or overnight if you like.
  3. Stir again and season to taste before serving.
