Ingredients

  • 200 g cranberries (alternatively linonberries)
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 400 g apples, sour, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons orange peel, grated
  • clove little powder
  • liters ⅛ water

Instructions

  1. Mix the cranberries with the sugar in the water, add the apples. Simmer over low to medium heat for about a quarter of an hour, stirring every now and then. Add the orange peel and clove powder - done (I personally cook everything a little longer until it has thickened really nicely).
