Ingredients

  • 500 g crayfish (river), cooked and peeled
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 5 cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 dash white wine, dry
  • 1 packet cream cheese (e.g. brunch paprika peppers)
  • 500 g taliatelle, black

Instructions

  1. Fry the crayfish with the diced onion. Deglaze with a dash of white wine. Dice tomatoes and cut spring onions into thin rings, fry briefly. Then stir in the cream cheese.
  2. If necessary, dilute the sauce with a little water and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet. Serve with the sauce.
