Ingredients

  • 500 g Kasseler
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 6 medium potato (s), peeled
  • 4 sprigs spring onion (s)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 ½ liter stock, grained
  • 500 ml cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat and the potatoes into small cubes. Fry them together in hot oil, add sauerkraut and then season with salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Top up with the broth and cream and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with granular broth.
