Ingredients

  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 350 g flour
  • 100 g cream cheese, plain or to taste with herbs etc.
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast, (approx. 20 g)
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt, heaped
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast in the lukewarm water and dissolve with a fork. Knead with the other ingredients to form a smooth dough. I let the dough knead for 5 minutes with the food processor.
  2. Heat the stove to 50 ° C, turn it off and cover the dough with a kitchen towel in a bowl and let rise for 25-30 minutes. Then shape into a stick (like a baguette).
  3. Brush the bread with the milk, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and bake on a tray at 200 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
  4. The bread is great to store. I took herbal cream cheese this time.
