- 200 g cream cheese, natural, also possible liht
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 100 g yourt
- 100 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon (s)
- 400 g whipped cream
- 1 glass morello cherries
- 50 g flaked almonds

- Whip the cream with about half of the sugar until stiff, squeeze the lemons and drain the cherries.
- Mix the cream cheese, quark, yogurt, remaining sugar and lemon juice well with a mixer. Fold in the cream and add the cherries. Sprinkle the almond flakes on top of the cream. If you like, you can roast them in a pan without fat until they are light brown beforehand.
